Als je klant bent en het werkt zijn ze top. Als je klant wil worden moet je wel eindeloos geduld hebben. 12 jan een aanvraag gedaan en tot vandaag 28 feb nog steeds geen modem of signaal. Loze beloftes en eindeloos keren gehoord. Ik kan niks voor u doen u moet geduld hebben. Conclusie ben je klant blijf het. Wil je klant worden denk daar dan maar eens goed over na!
If you're a customer and it works, they're great. If you want to become a customer, you must have endless patience. Requested Jan 12 and until today Feb 28 still no modem or signal. Empty promises and endless times heard. I can't do anything for you, you have to be patient. Conclusion you are customer stay it. If you want to become a customer, think about it carefully!

Zeer onbeschofte helpdesk medewerkers, ze laten je gewoon 2 weken in de kou staan, door een fout van een monteur 7 huizen geen internet tv enz. En caiway doet niets luisterd niet naar de klant, maar stuurt wel een modem, om dat mijn modem defect zou zijn. HALLO 7 HUIZEN HEBBEN GEEN INTERNET!!!!! Na 2xweken nog geen oplossing, en dan zeggen ze gewoon u moet maar gewoon afwachten wanneer alles weer werkt, ik dus niet, doei caiway Uiteindelijk opgezegd en de buren hebben na 3 weken weer iets wat op (snel) internet moet lijken Prutsers zijn het
Very rude helpdesk employees, they just leave you in the cold for 2 weeks, due to a mistake of a mechanic 7 houses no internet TV etc. And caiway does nothing does not listen to the customer, but does send a modem, because my modem is defective would be. HELLO 7 HOMES DON'T HAVE INTERNET!!!!! After 2x weeks still no solution, and then they just say you just have to wait and see when everything works again, so not me, bye caiway Finally canceled and the neighbors have something that should look like (fast) internet after 3 weeks They are pussies

Good isp with good speeds and support (in dutch), they not supporting IPv6 so be mindful of that.

The internet connection is acceptable, but you must take into account that it’s really difficult/ inconvenient to cancel your contract (I am not the 1st person warning about this, for sure). No online form to cancel, even you login via My Caiway. You cannot cancel via chat, you have to call them (yes, I called at least 3 times and always had to waiting for a long long long time). Last time, after waiting 15 minutes, at first I met a nice man and he said it’s ok to cancel, he will make a note and then transfer the call to another department, then I had to wait more 20 minutes and met another guy who said that he can’t speak English, so my Dutch friend help me to answer, then he told that I need to wait more 20 minutes because he will transfer the call to different department, or I can send email to cancel the contract, then he hang up the phone while we don’t know what is email address. I still cannot find any emails on Caiway website to cancel. I have go to work, cannot spend more 60 minutes to call to cancel. If you want to use Caiway service, please google Caiway on Trustpilot first, you will understand why many people rate they only 1*.

Over the years of being a customer with them I think I've only experienced 1 outage that lasted only about an hour or two, while not charging crazy prices, there's not a lot of packet loss either, also I'm very happy that they keep increasing the speeds of the packages they offer, I was able to reach 33MB/s today thanks to Caiway.

Terrible service, technician did not arrive and no correspondence as to why they did not arrive to repair the fibre line. Extremely slow when relying to queries. Highly frustrating! Do no use Caiway
