Totaal geen manieren, ik kan beter bij een andere winkel winkelen dan dat ik hier nog geld uitgeef!

No manners at all, it's better to shop at a different store than to spend money here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of reduced shoes (100 euros) from this shop branded Ballin. It was closing time. Shoes had slightly different colors, i thought is not that obvious and that is the reason for the discount. I asked if this was the reason for the discount, no clear answer. The reduced price was sticked on the inner sole. At home i realised the shoes are also scratched on the lateral side (very visible) and when taking out all the stickers they added on the shoes, the inner sole with the brand ballin stayed on the sticker. Reduced shoes can't be returned. These shoes are in worse condition than second hand shoes and ofcourse I am not going to wear them. The only wise thing I can do is to avoid this shop. Maybe new shoes are ok in their shop, BUT i will certaintly never try it.
