★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik stond in de stromende regen voor de deur om 9.50 om mijn gerepareerde schoenen op te halen. In plaats van een flexibele houding en mijn schoenen mee te geven vond de manager het nodig mij tot 10 uur stipt te laten wachten. Teleurstellende service
I stood in front of the door in the pouring rain at 9.50 am to pick up my repaired shoes. Instead of giving me a flexible attitude and my shoes, the manager felt it was necessary to let me wait punctually for 10 hours. Disappointing service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 dames die zorgvuldig en netjes iedereen helpen. Zeer te spreken over ze en nette overzichtelijke winkel waar onze dochter van 3 ook nog even gebruik mocht maken van het toilet.
2 ladies who help everyone carefully and neatly. Very pleased with them and a neat and tidy store where our 3-year-old daughter was also allowed to use the toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toen de betreffende pumps niey in de pumps niet in mijn maat was attendeerde de verkoopster meteen erop dat ze deze kon bestellen en thuis laten afleveren.ik twijfwlde tussen 2 modellen en de dame zei dat ik pp de 2e 50% korting kreeg..dat had ik zelf niet door.erg attent vriendelijk personeel ik ben erg bljj met beide pumps
When the pumps in question were not in my size, the saleswoman immediately pointed out that she could order them and have them delivered at home. I doubted between 2 models and the lady said I got the 2nd 50% discount pp. me not door.very attentive friendly staff I am very happy with both pumps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful store with beautiful leather shoes. I bought a pair for work from the men's section. Even though I wear a size 40 the men's size was a bit too big but the sales lady was quick to suggest insoles and they did the trick. The shoes were stiff and clunky to begin with but I have been wearing them everyday and they are definitely softening up and feel super comfy! My sister also bought a pair from the ladies section and was very happy with both the style and the fit. Such a pleasant change from cookie cutter styles. Highly recommended.
