Besloten om een Wacom tekenbord te halen voor mijn dochter voor haar kerstcadeau twv 529,-. Deze betaald en besteld.
Vanwege de kerstdrukte zal ik uit Den Haag om vijf uur aankomen in Rotterdam. Bel nog voor de zekerheid naar de winkel of ze op mij willen wachten. Medewerker Suzan zei helaas dat dit niet gaat en als ze een boete riskeren ik dit voor hun zal moeten betalen. Wat een top argument en niet meedenkend. Heb meteen mijn order geannuleerd. Steun je winkelier maar voor mij is cameranu.nl echt cameraverleden.nl. Wat een KERST spirit. Succes met de verkoop en met de boetes uitdelen aan je klantjes.
Had ook service zijn geweest als jullie buiten de winkel op mij willen wachten. Dan was er geen sprake van boetes. Het is maar een voorstel. Hij was immers al betaald.

Unfortunately, employee Suzan said that this is not possible and if they risk a fine, I will have to pay this for them. What a great argument and not thinking along. Immediately canceled my order. Support your shopkeeper but for me cameranu.nl is really cameraverleden.nl. What a CHRISTMAS spirit. Good luck with the sale and with handing out the fines to your customers.
Also would have been service if you guys want to wait for me outside the store. Then there would be no fines. It's just a proposal. After all, he had already been paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This camerashop from CameraNU is super close to the heart of Rotterdam (Market/Markethal/Kubic Houses/Oude Haven) and reachable within 10 walking minutes. It is locaed inbetween the metrostation Blaak (also a trainstation+tramstation) and Oostplein.
A wide variety of new camera models and lenses of all brands (Fujifilm, Sony, Canon, Nikon and Sigma), Drones, Gimbals, Flashlight, studio lights, backpacks, tripods and smaller supplies like batteries, memory cards. There is also a photoprinter in the store from CEWE.
The staff is super friendly and competent. Can highly recommend to come by. The store is brand new and just opened with some opening discounts.
