★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was echt hardnodig aan nieuwe hardloopschoenen toe en ging enthousiast op pad en kwam in deze winkel terecht.
De bedrijfsleider Vivien sprak zoveel en kwam met zoveel info (niet relevant of voor klant to much dat verplaatsen in de klant niet aanwezig was). Er mocht ook geen ruimte zijn voor opmerkingen of vragen. Proffessioneel!? Client gericht!?.
Daar ging mijn enthousiasme en kreeg een raar gevoel en wilde echt met haar niet verder.
Ander filiaal gebeld en kwam in contact met Marc. Die bood de gelegenheid om vanavond langs te komen in Rotterdam.
Werd goede uitleg gegeven. Een fijn contact in gesprek met klant betreffende oude en keuze voor nieuwe schoenen. Mijn enthousiasme was weer terug en ga met veel plezier hardlopen en kom zeker graag weer bij Marc terug. ?? 5 ***** voor jou.
 Was really in dire need of new running shoes and went out enthusiastically and ended up in this store.
The manager Vivien spoke so much and came up with so much information (not relevant or for the customer too much that moving in the customer was not present). There was also no room for comments or questions. Professional!? Client focused!?.
There went my enthusiasm and got a weird feeling and really didn't want to go on with her.
Called another branch and got in touch with Marc. He offered the opportunity to drop by in Rotterdam tonight.
Good explanation was given. A nice contact in conversation with customer regarding old and choice for new shoes. My enthusiasm was back and I enjoy running and would definitely like to come back to Marc again. ?? 5 ***** for you.
