G	Geert van Lonkhuyzen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een fijne minicamping. Landschappelijk mooi gelegen, rustig en schoon sanitair. De klasse komt tevoorschijn in kleine dingetjes: de verse eitjes, het schoonmaakdoekjes bij de afwasbakken en de aandacht voor de kleintjes. A nice mini campsite. Beautifully landscaped, quiet and clean sanitary facilities. The class shows up in the little things: the fresh eggs, the cleaning cloths at the sinks and the attention for the little ones.
A	A. Post on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze camping is leuker dan de beelden weergeven. Ik had na het boeken nog gezocht naar een plattegrond, die zag er m.i. wat recht toe recht aan uit. Hier en daar zijn hagen geplant en door de speeltoestellen verdeeld de jeugd zich goed en klopt de setting. Ook fijn om te zien dat er in de ene review een opmerking staat over de leeftijd vd speeltoestellen en dat er nu inderdaad een gloednieuwe schommel staat. Waterpunt is in de buurt, fijn. Afstand tot stroomkasten is niet eerder zo ver geweest vergeleken met andere campings, maar dit werd uiteindelijk goed opgelost. Net toiletgebouw. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Paar verbeterpunten: prullenbakjes in de (dames)douches en zeeppompje bij de wastafels, vooral in deze tijd. Ook een ontsmetpompje bij het waterpunt en de chemische stortplaats. Krukje bij de wastafel, voor handen wassen kinderen. De schommel onder de boomhut is link, kwartslag draaien? Verder echt een superfijne omgeving: 2 km van idyllisch plaatsje Ruinen, prachtige wandel en fietsomgeving, ook korte routes voor jonge kinderen, mooi bezoekerscentrum van Natuurmonumenten om de hoek. Ijsje halen bij bio boerderij Sonneclaer, zwemmen in buitenbad van Ruinen etc. Niet twijfelen, maar boeken! This campground is nicer than the pictures show. After booking I had looked for a map, to my mind it looked a bit straightforward. Here and there hedges have been planted and the playground equipment divides the youth well and the setting is right. Also nice to see that in one review there is a comment about the age of the playground equipment and that there is now indeed a brand new swing. Water point is nearby, nice. Distance to power boxes has never been this far compared to other campsites, but this was resolved well in the end. Just toilet building. Friendly owners. A few points for improvement: trash cans in the (ladies) showers and soap dispenser at the washbasins, especially in these times. Also a disinfection pump at the water point and the chemical dump. Stool by the sink for hand washing children. The swing under the tree house is unpleasant, a quarter turn? Furthermore, a really nice area: 2 km from the idyllic town of Ruinen, beautiful walking and cycling environment, also short routes for young children, beautiful visitor center of Natuurmonumenten around the corner. Get ice cream at organic farm Sonneclaer, swim in the outdoor pool of Ruinen, etc. Don't hesitate, book!

T	Tanja de Haan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima camping maar wij "voelden" het het op de een of andere manier niet. Sanitair gedateerd maar netjes. Wij stoorden ons aan de briefjes overal met verzoek om de lampen uit te doen, gewoon sensoren en led-verlichting maakt dat overbodig. Ruime plaatsen, helaas geen weids uitzicht maar daardoor wel beschutting tegen de wind. Eitjes van de campingkippen en groenten uit de moestuin. De omgeving is echt fantastisch voor fietsers en wandelaars. Great campsite but somehow we didn't "feel" it. Sanitary dated but neat. We were annoyed by the notes everywhere asking to turn off the lights, just sensors and LED lighting makes that unnecessary. Spacious pitches, unfortunately no wide view but therefore shelter from the wind. Eggs from the camping chickens and vegetables from the vegetable garden. The area is really fantastic for cyclists and walkers.
r	ron dorreboom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb een huisje gehuurd daar, maar gezien die netheid en vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren moet de camping ook goed zijn! I rented a cottage there, but given the cleanliness and friendliness of the owners, the campsite must also be good!
J	Jeltje Bemees on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een gastvrij onthaal, mooi appartement met terras in een prachtige omgeving, waar genoeg te doen is. We werden vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Waar we bijzonder blij mee waren, was de hulp om een extra afscherming te plaatsen voor onze 2 honden (Nogmaals enorm bedankt!). Het was fantastisch weer, dus overdag konden we heerlijk genieten op het mooie terras met prachtig, weids uitzicht. In het appartement was het ook goed vertoeven, vooral de 2 relaxfauteuils vielen in de smaak ?. De bedden waren prima, het appartement is smaakvol en gezellig ingericht. Waar ik blij van word: goed kookgerei (goede pannen) en mooi servies. Verder konden we vanuit het appartement lekker wandelen in de omgeving, maar in de buurt is ook een (groot) losloopgebied voor honden: ideaal dus. Er is bovendien genoeg te doen in omgeving, zoals: de natuur, fietspaden, het dorp Ruinen op steenworp afstand, restaurants. Dankzij de gastvrijheid, het heerlijke appartement en de prachtige omgeving hebben we een geweldig en ontspannen weekend gehad. Een absolute aanrader dus. A warm welcome, beautiful apartment with terrace in beautiful surroundings, where there is plenty to do. We were received in a friendly and hospitable manner. What we were particularly happy with was the help to put in an extra shield for our 2 dogs (thanks again!). The weather was fantastic, so during the day we could enjoy the beautiful terrace with beautiful, panoramic views. It was also good to stay in the apartment, especially the 2 relax armchairs were appreciated ?. The beds were fine, the apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished. What makes me happy: good cooking utensils (good pans) and beautiful crockery. Furthermore, we were able to walk from the apartment in the area, but there is also a (large) off-leash area for dogs nearby: ideal. There is also plenty to do in the area, such as: nature, cycling paths, the village of Ruinen a stone's throw away, restaurants. Thanks to the hospitality, the lovely apartment and the beautiful surroundings, we had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. So an absolute must.

Ook het kampvuur op zaterdagavond was supper gezellig Dit jaar liggen er twee verblijven op de camping in de planning, was het maar vast weer zover. We spent a weekend last year due to a BBQ at the neighbors across the street, we really liked it. The campfire on Saturday night was also super fun This year there are two stays at the campsite in the planning, if only it were that time again.

Their BnB offers great accommodation and a great breakfast. Other meals and snacks are available as well. Their camping is small ad cozy with spacious lots which have electricity connection. New, clean toilet, showering and dish washing facilities. The environment is great for cycling and walking. Looking for a wellness treatment, then consult the lady of the house.
