★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn kampeerterrein in een prachtige omgeving. Prachtige wandelingen en fietstocht gemaakt. Schoon sanitair, lekkere snackbar, vriendelijk personeel. 1 nadeeltje was dat ik een kraantje mistte bij de tent.
 Nice camping site in beautiful surroundings. Beautiful walks and bike rides. Clean sanitary facilities, nice snack bar, friendly staff. 1 drawback was that I missed a tap at the tent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastisch! Wij hebben een weekje in deze vakantiepark gebleven met onze camper. Alles was schoon en de mensen die daar werken zijn super gastvrij. De hele park is mooi ingericht. Je valt in slaap met de vogelzang, de bos is geweldig, het was rustig en netjes... Alles top! Een week was niet genoeg om alles te ontdekken.
Fantastic! We stayed a week in this holiday park with our camper. Everything was clean and the people who work there are super welcoming. The whole park is nicely decorated. You fall asleep to the birdsong, the forest is great, it was quiet and tidy... Everything great! A week was not enough to discover everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijk kleinschalig vakantiepark. Wij hadden een Wellness loft gehuurd voor een midweek en dat was werkelijk fantastisch. Alles klopt aan deze loft. Er zijn er slechts 3 en ze zijn duidelijk behoorlijk nieuw en modern. Zeker als je ze vergelijkt met de rest van de huisjes op het park.
Het zijn echt tweepersoons huisjes voorzien van alle gemakken. Moderne inrichting en veel privacy. De hot tub is geweldig net als de infra rood sauna. Hier kom je zeker tot rust en ben je voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen wellness verblijf. Tip voor de verhuurder: zet op jullie site de inventaris van het huisje zodat je weet wat je kan verwachten. Goed om te weten bijvoorbeeld dat er een vaatwasser is bijvoorbeeld maar ook dat het keukentje voorzien is van een combi oven.
Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!
Lovely small-scale holiday park. We had rented a Wellness loft for a midweek and that was really fantastic. Everything is right about this loft. There are only 3 and they are clearly quite new and modern. Especially if you compare them with the rest of the houses in the park.
They are really two-person houses with all amenities. Modern decor and lots of privacy. The hot tub is great as is the infra red sauna. Here you will certainly relax and you will be provided with everything you need for a relaxing wellness stay. Tip for the landlord: put the inventory of the house on your site so that you know what to expect. Good to know, for example, that there is a dishwasher, but also that the kitchen is equipped with a combi oven.
We will definitely come back here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer verouderd park. De huisjes waren oud, vies en stonken. Lampen die half uit het plafond vielen, stofnesten op kasten, groene stinkende terras tegels... Ook de rest van het park is zeer verouderd. Het zwembad, restaurant, winkel allemaal vergane glorie. Zwembad ongeschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kinderactiviteiten waren er niet ( ondanks beschreven). Zo jammer wanneer er totaal geen aandacht wordt besteed en niets meer is geïnvesteerd in jaren. Grote teleurstelling!
Very outdated park. The houses were old, dirty and smelly. Lamps that fell half out of the ceiling, dust nests on cupboards, green smelly patio tiles... The rest of the park is also very outdated. The pool, restaurant, shop are all faded glory. Swimming pool unsuitable for small children. Children's activities were not there (despite described). Such a shame when absolutely no attention is paid and nothing has been invested in years. Big disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een prachtige plek in het bos. We kwamen als trekkers aan, mochten zelf een plekje uitzoeken en stonden prachtig aan een veldje vlakbij de heide. Voor de kinderen was er een zwembad en speeltuin. Wij komen nog eens terug!
What a beautiful place in the forest. We arrived as hikers, were allowed to pick a spot ourselves and stood beautifully on a field near the heath. For the children there was a swimming pool and playground. We will come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aan de rand van het Dwingelerveld.
Ruime speels aangelegde plaatsen op het camperveld. Het zijn er slechts 15, dus staat het op vrijdagmiddag al vol. Stroom via automaat.
Alle faciliteiten van de camping gratis te gebruiken.
In het naseizoen hebben de plekken 1-4 de minste zon.
Gratis fiets- en wandelroutes.
Tip: de nachtwandeling aan de kant van Dwingeloo.
On the edge of the Dwingelerveld.
Spacious playfully laid out pitches on the camper field. There are only 15, so it is already full on Friday afternoon. Power through automatic.
All facilities of the campsite are free to use.
In the late season, places 1-4 have the least sun.
Free cycling and walking routes.
Tip: the night walk on the Dwingeloo side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie camping maar wel heel wat minpunten.
Inderdaad slechte WiFi. En je kunt SLECHTS 5 minuten douchen. Dat is erg kort hoor! (Vooral als je je haar wilt wassen)
Ook erg weinig douches. Er zijn maar 2 toilet gebouwen en die bij ons had 3 douches waarvan 1 buiten gebruik ?
Zelfde bij de afwas kranen! 2 van de 4 buiten gebruik ?
Er werd schoon gemaakt, want er stond een bord daarvan meerdere keren per dag ?maar daar Werdt weinig van gemerkt!!De muren (en deuren!) werden iig NIET mee genomen!! Bah bah bah.
Ook vind ik het jammer dat je smorgens pas om 9 uur broodjes kunt halen en niet eerder. Deze moet je zelfs ook nog van tevoren bestellen!
De 'kampwinkel' heeft nog niet eens ranja!! (Kinder camping..?!)
En restaurant is maar 4 dagen pw open!! ( In het hoogseizoen!!)
Ongelooflijk.
Nice campsite but a lot of negatives.
Really bad WiFi. And you can shower for ONLY 5 minutes. That's very short! (Especially if you want to wash your hair)
Also very few showers. There are only 2 toilet buildings and ours had 3 showers, 1 of which is out of order
Same with the washing up taps! 2 out of 4 out of order ?
Cleaning was done, because there was a sign of this several times a day ? but little was noticed!! The walls (and doors!) were NOT taken!! Bah bah bah.
I also think it's a shame that you can only get sandwiches at 9 o'clock in the morning and not before. You even have to order these in advance!
The 'camp shop' doesn't even have orange juice yet!! (Children camping..?!)
And restaurant is only open 4 days a week!! (In high season!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn hier jarenlang vaste bezoekers geweest. Mooie plekken middenin het bos, het prachtige Dwingelderveld om de hoek, eenvoudige huisjes (moet je van houden, wij vonden het prima), weinig vertier (vinden wij prima, ga je maar eens in de natuur verdiepen in plaats van een of ander elektronisch dingetje). De enige reden dat we niet meer gingen is omdat we zelf in de natuur gingen wonen.
We have been regular visitors here for years. Beautiful places in the middle of the forest, the beautiful Dwingelderveld around the corner, simple houses (you have to like it, we thought it was fine), little entertainment (we think that's fine, just go deep into nature instead of some electronic thing ). The only reason we stopped going is because we went to live in nature ourselves.
