Bei Undichtigkeit soll ich lieber Google öffnen und die Schwachmaten ( Zitat) im Internet befragen. Trauriger Service. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen! Man ist wohl nur gut aufgehoben wenn man einen neuen Wagen hat...die Leute werden ganz anders behandelt! I have never experienced such unfriendly and bad advice (if you want to call it advice). If there is a leak, I should rather open Google and ask the weak mats (quote) on the Internet. Sad service. Not to be recommended at all! You are probably only in good hands if you have a new car ... people are treated very differently!

Der Chef wirkt oft so, als fühle er sich von Kunden "gestört"... naja, ist vielleicht seine ganz spezielle Art. Manchmal auch hilfsbereit bei versicherungstechnischen Schadens-Angelegenheiten. Ausserdem bei mir in der Nähe...Und Das ist manchmal schon wichtig Often helpful and sometimes friendly. Not cheap, but technically good and reliable, even if it sometimes takes a little longer. Man beschaffte das Ersatzteil unbürokratisch und schnell. Ich wurde umgehend informiert als das Ersatzteil eingetroffen ist und konnte die Ware sofort abholen. Diese war sogar noch ein paar Euro günstiger als meine Tage zuvor getätigte Bestellung in einem anderen online Shop. Einfach top! Ich kann Beyl Campingbedarf absolut empfehlen. Great service, friendly and competent! I ordered a replacement container for a Truma Therme TT2 by telephone, which is currently sold out everywhere. The spare part was procured quickly and unbureaucratically. I was informed immediately when the spare part arrived and was able to pick up the goods immediately. This was even a few euros cheaper than my order in another online shop that I had placed a few days earlier. Simply great! I can absolutely recommend Beyl Campingbedarf.
