Immerhin bekommen wir jetzt unser Geld zurück, nur Wasser haben wir jetzt auf unserer Parzelle immer noch nicht. Insgesamt sehr ärgerlich. Wenn Aufträge nicht ausgeführt werden können, erwarte ich wenigstens, dass ich angerufen werde, dass mir Bescheid gegeben wird und nicht wir jemandem hinterherlaufen müssen. An order placed and paid 3 months ago, no service received until today. Likewise, no notification, nothing. I call that unprofessional. At least we will get our money back now, the only thing is that we still don't have water on our plot. Overall very annoying. If orders cannot be carried out, I at least expect that I will be called, that I will be given notice and that we will not have to run after someone.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit, dass erlebt man heute leider nur sehr selten. Als wir unseren Wohnwagen abgeholt haben wurde uns nochmal alles erklärt, der Wohnwagen wurde nochmal gründlich sauber gemacht, ein Schloss für die Deichsel haben wir kostenlos bekommen, außerdem gab es ein Stofftier und eine Flasche Sekt als Dankeschön, sehr aufmerksam. Zu Hause stellten wir dann fest, dass die Heizung nicht zündet, auch hier wurde schnell geholfen, innerhalb von 2 Tagen wurde uns kostenlos ein neuer Zünder zugeschickt. Ich kann WVZ nur empfehlen. We bought our Bürstner here and are very satisfied. All employees are very friendly and also very helpful, which is something you rarely experience today. When we picked up our caravan everything was explained to us again, the caravan was thoroughly cleaned again, we got a lock for the drawbar for free, there was also a stuffed animal and a bottle of sparkling wine as a thank you, very attentive. At home we found out that the heating was not igniting. Here, too, help was provided quickly, a new igniter was sent to us free of charge within 2 days. I can only recommend WVZ.
