★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voordat ik ergens als klant naartoe ga vind ik get altijd fijn om eerst even te bellen of mailen om zeker te zijn dat een bedrijf betrouwbaar is. Het is altijd fijn om een idee te krijgen van de professionaliteit en prijs van het bedrijf. Het antwoord dat ik kreeg had al een rode vlag voor me moeten zijn: ze verwezen naar de faq die ik natuurlijk al gelezen had, typefouten in de mail en geen definitief antwoord op mijn vragen. Toch besloot ik mijn camera op te sturen voor reparatie.
Het kostte ze meer dan drie weken om eindelijk te kijken naar mijn camera. Niet repareren, alleen kijken voor een prijsopgave. Tussendoor heb ik meerdere keren gebeld om te vragen of ze al begonnen waren. Eigenlijk had ik gewoon moeten vragen of ze de camera terug konden sturen onderhand.
Toen ik eindelijk een prijsopgave kreeg was het absurd duur. Bij een specialist kan ik een de hele reparatie plus CLA krijgen voor een lagere prijs en hoef ik niet eens zelf voor onderdelen te betalen. Natuurlijk ga ik niet akkoord met de kosten en alsnog moet ik 60 euro betalen voor onderzoekskosten terwijl het een amateurcamera is. Op de website staat dat een amateurcamera minder dan de helft van dat kost aan onderzoekskosten.
Ondanks de ervaringen van anderen zou ik dit bedrijf alleen al niet aanraden vanwege de slechte service en dat is zonder de veel te hoge kosten en traagheid meegerekend.
Before I go somewhere as a customer, I always like to call or email first to make sure that a company is reliable. It is always nice to get an idea of the professionalism and price of the company. The answer I received should already have been a red flag for me: they referred to the faq that I had of course already read, typos in the e-mail and no definitive answer to my questions. Still, I decided to send my camera in for repair.
It took them more than three weeks to finally look at my camera. Don't fix it, just look for a quote. In between I called several times to ask if they had already started. Actually, I should have just asked if they could return the camera by now.
When I finally got a quote it was absurdly expensive. At a specialist I can get the entire repair plus CLA for a lower price and I don't even have to pay for parts myself. Of course I do not agree with the costs and I still have to pay 60 euros for research costs while it is an amateur camera. The website states that an amateur camera costs less than half that in research costs.
Despite the experiences of others, I would not recommend this company simply because of the poor service, and that is without counting the excessive costs and slowness.
