★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tweemaal een mystery box besteld. En tweemaal waren er producten geopend, beschadigd, gebroken. Beide keren heb ik hiervan een melding gemaakt, maar geen enkele reactie terug. Geen excuus, geen bedankje voor het melden. Niets. Als je klanten zo behandeld ben je geen webwinkel waardig. Erg leuk assortiment, dat wel. Maar ik ga toch maar op zoek naar een andere winkel. Een simpel mailtje terug en er was niks aan de hand geweest.
Ordered a mystery box twice. And twice there were products opened, damaged, broken. Both times I reported this, but no response back. No apologies, no thanks for reporting. Nothing. If you treat customers like this, you are not worthy of an online store. Very nice assortment, indeed. But I'm going to look for another store anyway. A simple email back and nothing had happened.
