★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Producten goed geplaatst echter werd verkeerde rekening gestuurd, fout van bedrijf zelf, na 4 maanden mail dat er nog bedrag open staat, geen excuus of uitleg. Na mail terug gestuurd te hebben krijg ik antwoord dat we heus wel wisten dat eerste rekening niet correct was??! In deze tijd opdrachten genoeg blijkbaar dus klantvriendelijk zijn is niet nodig. Je gaat bijna hopen op slechtere tijden voor bedrijven......
 Products placed correctly, however, the wrong invoice was sent, error by the company itself, after 4 months email that there is still an amount outstanding, no apology or explanation. After I sent an e-mail back I get an answer that we knew that the first bill was not correct??! Apparently enough assignments in this time so being customer-friendly is not necessary. You almost start hoping for worse times for companies......
