Hij was de enige die de moeite nam om eerst langs te komen voor een opname. Nadat hij de situatie had bekeken kon hij een scherpe offerte aanbieden. Deze was concurrerend met de overige offertes die ik online had gekregen.
De installatie was vakkundig en netjes. Hij weet waar hij het over heeft en gaat niet naar huis voordat we volledig geïnformeerd waren over de werking van de houtkachel.
Ook wanneer je achteraf nog vragen hebt, neemt hij uitgebreid de tijd om deze te beantwoorden.
