★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij het stellen van een hele simpele vraag, krijgt men
als vreemde opmerking ”zie ik eruit als iemand die geen verstand heeft van onderdelen”. Stond versteld van deze opmerking !
Zeer onvriendelijk, kan het absoluut niet anders omschrijven.
Zelfs bij het terug brengen van een artikel, moet men maar dit artikel terug gaan brengen bij het Gamma filiaal waar het is aangeschaft, dacht het niet zeg!
 When asking a very simple question, one gets
as a strange comment "I look like someone who doesn't understand parts". Was amazed at this comment!
Very unfriendly, can't describe it any other way.
Even when returning an item, one has to return this item to the Gamma branch where it was purchased, don't think so!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed geholpen in de lockdown-tijd! Ik was niet helemaal zeker over welk product ik moest hebben, omdat de informatie op de website van de Gamma niet voldoende was om de juiste keuze te maken. Aan de balie mocht ik even de verschillende opties bekijken, en werd ik vakkundig geadviseerd. Even meetlintje erbij, en de medewerker liep tóch nog even een keertje extra voor me de winkel in totdat ik precies had wat ik moest hebben: een vrij specifiek formaat schroefhaak met de juiste pluggen. Dank daarvoor.
Overigens, de IKEA zou zich de ogen uit hun hoofd moeten schamen dat ze niet even de bijbehorende plug en haak bij mijn lamp leveren... Maar de Gamma Hoogezand heeft me fantastisch gered, de lamp hangt inmiddels. ;)
Helped well during the lockdown time! I wasn't quite sure which product to get as the information on the Gamma website wasn't enough to make the right choice. At the counter I was allowed to look at the different options, and I was professionally advised. Just added a measuring tape, and the employee walked into the store for me one more time until I had exactly what I needed: a fairly specific size screw hook with the right plugs. Thanks for that.
Incidentally, IKEA should be ashamed of themselves that they don't supply the corresponding plug and hook with my lamp... But the Gamma Hoogezand has saved me fantastically, the lamp is now hanging. ;)
