S	STAY SAFE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kijk uit met deze mensen ze verkopen opgeknapte schadeautos met teruggedraaide km stand. Indien je dit meld wordt de sfeer dreigend. Let goed op indien u met deze mensen in zee gaat! Watch out with these people they sell refurbished damaged cars with reversed km status. If you report this, the atmosphere becomes imminent. C	CRE CRE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste Kas, De heer heeft aangegeven dat die kluis Sleutel niet waren aanwezig. In het kluis zijn Auto sleutels opgebergd om dat die KLUIS SLEUTELS s’avons word mee genomen, dus hij kont niet weeten waar die was van daar het ongemaakt . Wij zijn alle mal mensen en vergeten ook maar die kluis sleutel mee te nemen en zeker kon jij wel die auto bekijken in de showroom wat u ook gedaan heeft bij en lekkere koffie erbij . Het spijt ons! Maar ook bij anderen Auto bedrijven mag u ook niet maar op die snelle zonder afspraak en proefrit maken enzo ja is het allen maar bekijken ! Wij geven altijd duidelijk aan dat eer Vooraf en afspraak moet plaats vinden . Zeker bij en Auto showroom moeten die auto’s uit die Showroom gerijen worden dat het klaar staat voor die klanten voor proefritten ! Dear Kas, The gentleman indicated that the safe Key was not present. Car keys are stowed in the safe because those SAFE KEYS are taken with him, so he doesn't know where it was from there unmade. We are all crazy people and forget to take that safe key with you and you could certainly see that car in the showroom, which you did with a nice coffee. We are sorry! But also at other car companies, you may not go on that fast without an appointment and take a test drive and if so, it is all just a view! We always clearly indicate that honor must take place in advance and appointment. Certainly at a car showroom, those cars must be driven out of that showroom that it is ready for those customers for test drives!

Ondanks vertraging bij de rdw, waardoor de levering van de door ons gekochte auto vertraagd was, kosteloos een vervangende auto gekregen voor 3 weken. Prima service, aardige mensen! We were helped very well. Despite delays at the RDW, which delayed the delivery of the car we bought, we received a replacement car for 3 weeks free of charge. Excellent service, nice people!

Zeer slechte service jammer genoeg. Purchased a car whose lamp was broken without mentioning this. Have these made for 16.80, but the company does not want to pay these costs for it. Very bad service unfortunately.

Geen reactie meer op berichten. Uiteindelijk zelf een specialist ingeschakelt en heeft alles verholpen. Geen vertouwen in de monteurs/garages waar deze zaak mee samen werkt. Dan maar uit eigen portemonnee.... Friendly, but bad contact. Service has not been smooth. After a malfunction and complaints, the car was returned in worse condition. No more response to messages. Finally called in a specialist and fixed everything. No confidence in the mechanics/garages that this business works with. Then out of your own pocket....
A	Angelique de Bakker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht bedrijf...beloven van alles...historie auto nasturen...enz...niks van dit alles, nu blijkt na 1 jaar alleen maar problemen met de auto te hebben gehad en ik de auto wilde inruilen dat de auto een schade auto was en er met de kilometer stand is geknoeid, omdat ik dus nooit het historie rapport heb ontvangen is deze auto ook niet in te ruilen...de reactie van CRE was...kijk nog even in de auto...daar zal het historierapport wel liggen. Ik heb een geschillenklacht ingediend bij Bovag Very bad company...promise everything...send the car history...etc...none of this, now it turns out that after 1 year I only had problems with the car and I wanted to exchange the car that the car was a damaged car and the mileage has been tampered with, because I have never received the history report, this car cannot be exchanged ... CRE's response was ... have a look in the car ... the history report will be there. I have filed a dispute complaint with Bovag

Daarnaast hebben ze ook een mooi aanbod van diverse klasse auto's. Je kan zien dat de auto's met zorg worden geselecteerd voor de volgende eigenaar. Zelf ben ik enorm prettig geholpen door Marc die naast de hartelijke ontvangst ook mee wil denken, snel en volgens afspraak handelt. Hij weet in een hele korte tijd een prettig persoonlijk klantcontact op te bouwen wat zeker meehelpt. Top! Het ophalen van de auto is echt feestelijk maar het nabellen na een paar weken of de auto bevalt.....dat overtreft echt mijn verwachting. They sold me a car informing it was imported from Germany - I later found out the car was imported from North America via Lithuania after having suffered a total loss event. They promised to service the car and after delivery the car had only 1/2 liter of old oil in the engine. I have taken to other dealer that said the mileage had been tampered with and it was impossible to re-sell the car. It had zero value. Stay away from this dealership, this is 100% not correct and not straight business.
