★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Care Cosmetics heeft mij een defect apparaat die door een collega aan hen is geretourneerd aan mij als nieuw verkocht twv 4500 euro. Had al een paar keer aangegeven dat de accu meteen na opladen alweer leeg was, dit klopt niet bij een nieuw apparaat. Kwam er daarna per ongeluk achter toen ik de oplaadbasis omdraaide dat er een sticker van een collega op mijn nieuwe apparaat zat. Na haar telefonisch te hebben benaderd gaf zij aan het apparaat met dezelfde klacht te hebben geretourneerd. Pure oplichting. En voor mij helaas een einde van een intensieve samenwerking.
Care Cosmetics has sold me a defective device that was returned to them by a colleague, worth 4500 euros. Had already indicated a few times that the battery was empty immediately after charging, this is not true with a new device. Then accidentally found out when I flipped the charging base that there was a co-worker's sticker on my new device. After contacting her by phone, she indicated that she had returned the device with the same complaint. Pure scam. And unfortunately for me the end of an intensive collaboration.
