★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afspraak eenvoudig gemaakt via internet. De reparatie van de ruit verliep snel en efficiënt, met een mooi resultaat. Bonuspunten voor het mogen meekijken en het kunnen stellen van vragen tijdens de reparatie. Na afloop gelijk nieuwe ruitenwissers geplaatst.
 Appointment made easy via the internet. The repair of the window was quick and efficient, with a good result. Bonus points for being allowed to watch and to ask questions during the repair. Immediately installed new windshield wipers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keurig volgens planning geholpen door een aardige man. Hij heeft me ook nog een coating van mijn voorruit geadviseerd (€30) waarvan ik nu al denk dat het uitstekend werkt!
Helped neatly according to plan by a nice man. He also advised me a coating of my windscreen (€ 30) which I already think works great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hadden gekeken naar sterretje en moest een afspraak maken om nieuwe ruit te plaatsen alles geregeld ivm met andere auto etc toen bleek s,ochtends dat ruit niet vervangen hoefde te worden beetje verbaast
Had looked at asterisk and had to make an appointment to place a new window, everything arranged because of another car, etc. when it turned out in the morning that the window did not need to be replaced, a bit surprised

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk personeel en de autoruit is keurig vervangen. Er ligt wat leesvoer klaar als je wilt wachten op de reparatie en de koffiemachine biedt vele smaken aan.
Friendly staff and the car window is neatly replaced. What reading is ready if you want to wait for the repair and the coffee machine offers many flavors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a scratch on my windshield. A car that's barely two days old. The appointment was professionally made. People knew what needed to be done when considering the new car and all the security systems behind the glass. Based on the chassis number they ordered a new original windshield.
Arriving at the workshop this morning the guys were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the supplier made an error. They send one that doesn't support a HUD... Based on the chassis number they should have known.
The guys at the shop aren't to blame, but this seems to happen more often. It's a shame since my appointment needed to be rescheduled to later this week.
@carglass, fix the issue with your partners and order system and you will get better grades in the future.
@the guys in the workplace, thanks for the friendly welcome and apologies because of something you can't influence.
