★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vermijd dit bedrijf. De service is totaal belabberd. Ik maak een afspraak om vandaag om 8 uur de auto voor een beurt af te gooien. kom extra vroeg uit mn bed om dat te doen. Staat er geen afspraak in hun systeem. terwijl ik zelf de afspraak heb gemaakt aan de balie.
Ik geef aan dat ik daar niet zo blij mee ben. krijg ik te horen: "dat is niet mijn zorg". u maakt maar een andere afspraak...
Ik heb een Konia electric, waarvoor een recal gedaan is voor een nieuw accu pak. Ik had van de andere garage gehoord dat deze rond oktober zou
kunnen worden uitgevoerd. De zelfde balie medewerker (toen ik deze afspraak maakte) vertelde me dat dit helemaal niet zeker is en dat er eerst naar "gekeken"moest worden. Op mijn antwoord dat dit al gedaan was en dat ik dit werk graag te samen met de beurt zou willen laten plaats vinden kreeg ik te horen (van de zelfde eigenwijze balie medewerker) dat ik me er niet mee moest bemoeien en dat hij dat wel zou bepalen.
Ik denk dat ze deze jongen weer lekker aan het sleutelen moeten zetten in een hoekje in de garage waar hij geen interactie kan hebben met normale mensen...
Dit is dan de laatste keer dat ik dit bedrijf bezocht heb.
 Avoid this company. The service is totally lousy. I make an appointment to drop off the car at 8 am today. get out of bed extra early to do that. There is no appointment in their system. while I made the appointment myself at the counter.
I'll admit I'm not too happy about that. I am told "that is not my concern". you just make another appointment...
I have a Konia electric, for which a recal has been done for a new battery pack. I had heard from the other garage that it would be around October
can be executed. The same desk employee (when I made this appointment) told me that this is not at all certain and that it had to be "looked at" first. On my answer that this had already been done and that I would like to have this work take place together with the turn, I was told (from the same stubborn counter employee) that I should not interfere and that he would. determine.

This will be the last time I visited this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inmiddels 2x een bezoek gedaan aan de balie en beide keren zeer vriendelijk geholpen door dezelfde jongen. Auto, welke hier niet gekocht is heeft storingen. Dit werd gelijk, zonder afspraak opgepakt. De auto kon gelijk uitgelezen worden, terwijl ik even in de wachtruimte mocht wachten. Valt bij mij beslist onder de categorie top service en daar ben ik zeer tevreden over
Have now visited the counter twice and both times very friendly helped by the same boy. Car, which was not purchased here, has malfunctions. This was picked up immediately, without an appointment. The car could be read right away, while I was allowed to wait in the waiting area. Definitely falls under the top service category for me and I am very satisfied with that

The car was provided with 12 months insurance and excellent conditions.
So far I haven't needed to use their service. I will update the review when I experience this.
