★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her sound meditation is quite a unique experience. I've never heard of it nor knew about it before experiecing it. The sounds of her instruments (because, yes, they are of many types!) are so soothing your skin vibrates with them. Pretty impressive!

Her approach to exercise goes beyond a class and she supports a process to recover from injuries by helping to understand how the body functions and its connection to mind and spirit. She is alway open and willing to explain every step and provide guidance on how to improve in exercises, movement, alignment and meditation.
During the lockdown times, Carolina's classes made the difference to overcome the lack of movement and keep a healthy routine.

Her knowledge of body mechanics is extensive. She is able to give practical & tangible advice to her clients, which they are able to apply in their day-to-day routine, thus making for long-term success.

She is flexible in her approach to her one - on -one trainings and has a keen intuition. She is able to easily identify weaknesses within the body and she tailors her training program real time to address them. She strikes the right balance between postural alignment and a fun high intensity class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a really nice vibe & energy from Carolina during the Yoga lessons. The first Yoga lesson I had with her was with sounds during Yin Yoga - which was amazing. She is so passionate about it. I did also Aerial Yoga with my Boyfriend - it was our first time and it was a unique experience! I would definitely recommend her. She is also flexible and spontaneous with the arrangement.
