Hartelijk ontvangst en zijn uitstekend geholpen door Ton. Wat een fijne man met vakkundig advies. Niks was te veel en nam keurig de tijd voor ons. Door zo'n verkoper zou je overal geholpen willen worden. Toch nog even bij de concurent geweest, maar keerde snel terug naar Ton. Dit was nog eens gezellig een nieuwe vloer gaan kopen. Fam Markovic Parked by accident in front of the door and thought: owww are they here? Well then we first enter here and then to Roobol (other side). A warm welcome and excellent assistance from Ton. What a nice man with expert advice. Nothing was too much and took the time for us. You would want to be helped everywhere by such a seller. B	Bert Evertse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De trap laten bekleden, omdat dit door de verzekering betaald werd na brandschade. De trap was zelf goed bekleed.maar wat een klerezooi maar die stoffeerder ervan. Overal zat de lijm.op de overloop de vloer op de begaande vloer en op de muur. Klacht ingediend, maar dan hoor je ze niet. Maar hier zou ik niks meer laten bekleden. Zeker voor dat geld wat je betalen moet. Stelletje oplichters. Have the stairs lined, because this was paid by the insurance after fire damage. The stairs themselves were well upholstered, but what a mess, but the upholsterer of it. The glue was everywhere. On the landing, the floor on the ground floor and on the wall. L	Lea Timisela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 mei 2020. Mijn man is langs geweest bij filiaal te Spijkenisse met een voorbeeld qua laminaat op zijn telefoon scherm. Hij zocht iets in die trant. Het hoefde nog niet eens exact hetzelfde te zijn. Medewerker geeft aan dat hij "zulk goedkoop laminaat niet heeft" met een afwijzende toon. Nu begrijpen/wisten wij alvorens dat de prijzen wat hoger liggen. Medewerker stond niet open om te luisteren naar de behoefte van zijn klant, denkt totaal niet mee. Staat er ook niet voor open. Medewerker was volgens mijn man een jaar of 50, grijs haar. Zo maak je dus totaal geen sales nee. Slechte zaak. Beter verwacht van Spijkenisse Carpetright.. erg jammer. Ging er voorheen nog met plezier er naar toe, nu voor ons niet meer. May 8, 2020. My husband visited the branch in Spijkenisse with an example in terms of laminate on his telephone screen. He was looking for something along those lines. It didn't even have to be exactly the same. Employee indicates that he "does not have such cheap laminate" with a dismissive tone. Now we understand / knew before that the prices are a bit higher. Employee was not open to listening to the needs of his customer, does not think along at all. Is not open to it either. According to my husband, the employee was about 50, gray hair. So you don't make sales no at all. Bad thing. Better expected from Spijkenisse Carpetright .. very unfortunate. Previously went there with pleasure, now not for us anymore.
G	Ger Lems on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruime sortering laminaat, vloerbedekking en vinyl. Was niet moeilijk om een juiste keuze te maken. Mede door de goede hulp van de verkoper. We zijn goed geslaagd. Hopen er op dat het meten en daarna leggen ook zo voortreffelijk zal gaan. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, wat voor ons de doorslag gaf om bij hen te bestellen. Wide range of laminate, carpet and vinyl. Wasn't difficult to make the right choice. Partly due to the good help of the seller. We succeeded well. Hope that the measuring and then laying will also be so excellent. Very friendly staff, which was the deciding factor for us to order from them.

Ook op de dag zelf kwam vloerenlegger paar uur later dan aangegeven. Met een overvolle agenda loopt dan alles in de soep. Vloer overigens prima gelegd. Aandacht geven aan tijdige en volledige commmunicatie, puntje 'klantgerichtheid:. Also on the day itself, the floor installer came a few hours later than indicated. With a busy schedule everything goes wrong. Floor well laid. T	Ton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na dat vorig jaar onze vloer was gelegd ging de vloer na een tijdje overal kraken, contact opgenomen met Carpetright en na onderzoek bleek er een fout in de vloer te zitten. We konden langs komen bij Carpetright en een nieuwe vloer uitzoeken. De krakende vloer is verwijderd en de nieuwe is vakkundig gelegd. Alle lof word het team van Carpetright en in het bijzonder voor de bedrijfsleider die alles naar volle tevredenheid heeft opgelost. After our floor was laid last year, the floor started to creak everywhere after a while, I contacted Carpetright and after investigation there appeared to be a fault in the floor. We were able to visit Carpetright and pick out a new floor. The creaky floor has been removed and the new one has been professionally laid. All praise goes to the Carpetright team and in particular to the manager who solved everything to full satisfaction.

De heer Francesca is de meest klantvriendelijke en eerlijke persoon die ik ken en hij zet een extra stap voor jou zodat je je goed voelt en om enige problemen te verhelpen. Ik had rolgordijnen besteld die verkeerd op maat waren maar deze zijn direct vervangen door de juiste maat. De lokale manager Francesca is zelfs 2 uur gaan reizen om de afmetingen persoonlijk af te nemen. Best customer service out there. Mr Francesca is the most customer friendly and honest person I know and he goes the extra mile for you to make you feel good and to solve any problems. I ordered roller blinds that were the wrong size, but they were immediately replaced by the right size. The local manager Francesca even traveled for 2 hours to personally take the measurements.
