Toen er nog een kast uit elkaar moest worden gehaald zodat ze erbij konden, zijn ze later teruggekomen om het af te maken. Zonder extra kosten, heel blij mee dus! Came to my house (in the rain with wet carpet), refused to install the carpet, told me on the day that they will refund me the installation fee and then charged me more than half the installation fee in delivery. I have a car and did not order delivery. I have spoken to them extensively asking for my money back, they prefer to steal. #Carpetright Nederland zijn letterlijke dieven. Ze brachten me in rekening voor tapijtinstallatie. Kwam naar mijn huis (in de regen met nat tapijt), weigerde het tapijt te installeren, vertelde me op de dag dat ze me de installatiekosten zouden terugbetalen en brachten me dan bij levering meer dan de helft van de installatiekosten in rekening. Ik heb een auto en heb geen levering besteld. Om tien voor tien was de winkel dicht en openingstijden stonden om 11 uur. Om tien uur waren er mensen in de zaak, maar ze leken van niets te weten. Ik werd wel geholpen, maar niet door volgens mij niet door de bedrijfsleider. Ik kwam een hele nieuwe vloer uit te zoeken voor ons nieuwe huis voor alle kamers, maar het leek alsof degene die me hielp helemaal geen zin had om een vloer aan mij te verkopen. Ik moest heel veel vragen stellen om de informatie te krijgen die ik zocht en dan kreeg ik het ook nog eens heel algemeen. Hij had er totaal niet geen zin in en leek opgelucht toen ik zei: Dan ga ik het thuis wel uitzoeken. Bedankt voor niks Carpetright Vlaardingen, ik ga wel bij een concurrent shoppen. "Waarmee kan ik u helpen" óók niet. "Hebben we niet" en "Gaat zéker lukken" (zonder goed te luisteren of iets op te zoeken) is de politiek om er snel vanaf te zijn. Over 10 jaar komen wij weer eens (als de firma Carpetright dan nog bestaat) Ha, ha, ha! What a sadness! A sandwich is just eaten in the case by a staff member in between, a mouth cap never heard of! "How can I help you" neither. "Don't we have it" and "Will certainly succeed" (without listening carefully or looking up something) is the policy to get rid of it quickly. We will come again in 10 years (if the company Carpetright still exists)
