Welkom in Kasteel Dussen
Compagnons Klaas van Leengoed en Niek van Lieverloo sloegen in 2020 wederom de handen ineen. Eerder in 2015 deden ze dat al, om Kasteel Maurick in Vught nieuw leven in te blazen. Ditmaal doen zij dit weer, maar dan in Dussen! Met de opening van Kasteel Dussen in maart 2021 voorzien zij in de grote vraag die in 2020 als gevolg van de corona-crisis is ontstaan.
Kasteel Dussen is omringd door een sprookjesachtige slotgracht en ligt midden in een weids polderlandschap. Het is een klein en sfeervol kasteel met ruimte tot 150 gasten waar je je direct thuis voelt. Het kasteel valt op in het landschap. De torens, de slotgracht en de stenenbrug geven een karakteristieke sfeer. De inrichting is eigentijds klassiek, waarbij de historische eigenschappen van het kasteel zijn gecombineerd met hedendaagse invloeden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice castle, well maintained by the municipality for marriages, etc. The castle is rather small so it can be seen in an hour max. Tower was open exceptionally and it is certainly worth a visit. Not much explanation on the history of the castle and not a single sign in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place for wedding parties (and the like) with plenty of room and lots of ambience. A lot of options are available to you here. The hosts will go out of their way to make your event yours. So whatever it is you would like, ask them.
Plenty of parking space, a well stocked bar with options, and a great lawn to take your festivities outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kasteel Dussen is now recently owned by the owners of Kasteel Maurick. They are doing an exceptional job at giving it a nicer, newer style while keeping its essence.
Great venue for wedding, beautiful rooms for photos and a lot of potential for outside weddings as well.
It is a bit quiet out in the green, which makes it the whole place to yourself. Party room and lounge area where breathtaking.
Around the castle there are some restaurants and hotels. We will come back for sure!
