β β β β β Een paar maanden geleden nam Patrick contact met mij op om te vragen of ik interesse had om als freelancer op zijn platform te komen staan. Ik heb dit aanbod vriendelijk afgewezen gezien ik overloop met werk en geen andere klanten of werk aanneem.
Ik heb toen een paar weken later een berichtje via Whatsapp van Patrick gekregen of ik door wilde geven hoeveel mijn uurtarief was, en wanneer ik kon werken. Ik heb Patrick NOOIT mijn telefoon nummer gegeven. Ik heb hier verder ook nooit op gereageerd en nooit iets over gedacht - het was een drukke periode. Ik vond het ietwat raar dat hij mijn telefoonnummer had, maar had geen tijd om me er druk over te maken.
Dit weekend kwam ik erachter dat ik met foto en al op hun website stond (met uiteraard hier en daar wat foutieve informatie zoals mijn leeftijd en mijn ervaring). Echt ontzettend brutaal en heel onprofessioneel. Niet alleen naar mij toe, maar ook naar eventuele klanten.
Wanneer hij het in het screenshot heeft over "We hebben het in het verleden gehad over een mogelijke samenwerking in de vorm van ons online platform" heeft hij het over het berichtje op LinkedIn waarin ik heb vriendelijk heb afgewezen. Ik laat niet zo snel een negatieve reactie achter maar dit is echt heel brutaal.
A few months ago Patrick contacted me to ask if I was interested in joining his platform as a freelancer. I have kindly rejected this offer because I am overflowing with work and do not accept other customers or work.
A few weeks later I received a message from Patrick via Whatsapp asking if I wanted to indicate how much my hourly rate was and when I could work. I have never given Patrick my telephone number. I also never responded to this and never thought about anything - it was a busy period. I thought it was a bit strange that he had my phone number, but I didn't have time to worry about it.
This weekend I found out that I was on their website with a photo (with of course some erroneous information here and there, such as my age and my experience). Really brutal and very unprofessional. Not only to me, but also to potential customers.
When he talks in the screenshot about "We have talked in the past about a possible collaboration in the form of our online platform" he refers to the message on LinkedIn in which I kindly declined. I don't leave a negative reaction so quickly, but this is really cheeky.
