Center Parcs Zandvoort - Vondellaan 60

We are sitting in a update of premium cottage. Everything looks nice and clean. Only the shower is waiting for a update:-). If you don't have swimming diploma you need one. If you take a shower, you get a flood. More water comes out of the shower then the drain can handle.

I give it a star cause it’s not possible to give zero. This was the most horrendous experience. We got the “renovated” VIP cottage but the only new(ish) part was the bathroom. The house was old and “tired”, paint chipped everywhere, stained walls, the bed was under such a steep roof slope I cannot imagine how anyone can even crawl under there. The smell in the house was awful and everything was totally disgusting. Crumbs on the floor from what the previous guests had eaten, the floors were black with dirt, the carpets, cushions and curtains all hadn’t been cleaned in ages (if ever), the couch had clipped nails on it and was so stained with I don’t want to know what that we didn’t dare to sit or touch it. The couch was also so very old and ran down, even if it was cleaned it would have still been unacceptable to find something like this in any sort of accommodation. When we arrived we were so shocked by all this that we froze and didn’t think to go back to reception and ask to change houses but we did want to give it a shot so we spent two hours on hands and knees trying to sanitize everything. However every time we walked in the house the smell hit us again and as we discovered more and more such things we became so stressed and deeply sad at the thought of spending our holiday there. So after one night of uncomfortable sleep we decided we would relocate and booked another place. We told the staff what the problems were but they couldn’t really be bothered - they just got stuck on the fact that we should have asked to change houses when we arrived (change to what? This was a “renovated VIP cottage”!!!) and they decided we will not be reimbursed even for the nights that we did not stay anymore. This was the most disgusting accommodation experience ever and totally unacceptable how the staff decided to handle it. For the prices they charge for this dump you can stay in really nice places, even 5 star hotels. Never again!

Super beautiful place is heaven on earth for children. Nice staff, everything is superlative.

It's okay. Service ranges from mediocre to good, depending on whom from what company you encounter (I learned there are different companies running the various bars and restaurants versus the personnel of the reception for instance). Rooms are okay. Hotel looks a bit outdated. Way to expensive. The swimming area, the kids playing areas are quite okay though.

Zandvoort is a beautiful city on the coast. The location is almost perfect, the way to the beach - depending on the location of the apartment - can be reached in 5 to 15 minutes on foot. In Zandvoort itself, on the promenade and on the beach, you mainly meet young people and families. The atmosphere is very relaxed and easy going, which we enjoyed very much as a family with three smaller children (4-10 years). The furnishings in the renovated holiday apartments are adequate and clean. The staff were always friendly and relaxed. The noise coming from the neighboring racetrack was at times deafening - especially when there were major races all day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the first weekend. On the other days it wasn't that bad, because then only "training units" were handled. On the other hand, we were aware of the problem and could adapt to it. The park is definitely not recommended for people who are very sensitive to noise. The service and performance under Corona conditions were satisfactory. In this respect I would have liked to give 4 stars. However, there was one point that really disappointed us: The "Aqua Romana" (with a 25m swimming lane and water cinema) was closed for at least 3 days at a time. There was no official explanation for it. When asked, I was informed that there were too few supervisory staff on the days in question - and that this area of ​​the indoor pool had to remain closed. We found that very annoying. Unfortunately, nothing came of my plan - to swim 1000 m every day. If you pay just under 300 euros a day, you just wish that the services that you might have been looking forward to the most are available to you.

Nice place near the sea, but we found the location and cottages to be a bit outdated. Yes, the are clean and some modernised, but they remain quite small and have only limited closet space. Parc itself is OK but don't expect anything chic. It is a pity, the 'car free' policy is not respected by guests and policed by staff. Just typical the owners of big SUVs with German licences plates do not move their car to the parking lot ?. We stayed in 8-pers comfort cottage with 5 adults and 2 kids. We spent most of our time at the beach or outside, so this was OK.

Well, the pool, playground, and other services are good 4 stars. the bed is really Comfortable. About the room quality and cleaning, between 0 and 1 star. Once arrived, the apartment stinks, we bought all necessary, 50 euro of products , and the first day we just clean all the rooms, floor and bathroom shower, kitchen...(all the apartment), instead to be at beach or at pool (not a good start for my vacation). Once all cleaned the apartment (premium) was smelling as it should be and was nice and relaxing days.. Loose 50 euro for buying products and 1 day for cleaning... Not nice at all for a vacation...

Nice park which is located perfectly in Zandvoort, a stones throw away from the beach! The cottages are nice and are recently renovated, our premium cottage was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Facilities were fine. Swimming pool is good and the water slides are in good shape and good fun. It's not the biggest pool, but it works fine. Restaurant food I would give a 7 out of 10. Staff is friendly, only a lot of foreign staff who don't speak Dutch or very little, which leads to confusion and mistakes when ordering.
