★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a dump, I spend well over an hour to get my Niles done by a guy whom i think runs the place. He did not listen to whatever i asked him , the colour, the finishing , he just did whatever he liked. On top he was very rude and unfriendly, keep asking me not look at my hand while he is working and keep say don’t look , I was so angry but could not leave since he already did half the job. this was my first time here, i have no experience with the girls who work there , but this guy is nerves and not professional at all.

All the ladies are good, but the owner is just amazing: never had such a precise, careful and accurate manicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place to do your nails. The hygiene is below acceptable level. and the staff is really rude. The owner lies about the prices of the services, just to get you in the salon. When I walked in I was told the price of the gel polish would cost 20 euros. After I did my nails and gave 20 euros cash, they told me its 30. They only accept cash payments. Will never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my nails done, post co-vid lockdown. The nail technician made every single one of my finger nails bleed as she was picking at the cuticle. Less than a week later, my cuticles are already peeling and the gel is already cracking and falling off. On top of that, the woman made my nails bleed and continued to paint them as if nothing was wrong. She then used the polish without cleaning it after (on my nails that had been bleeding). Extremely unsanitary and poor service. Especially given the current circumstances.
They are also a bit rude every time I go in. AND I made an appointment and was seated only after I complained when another woman walked in 30 minutes after me without an appointment and was seated immediately. Terrible. I will not return.

When I came home I put some disinfectant on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally good work & I am happy with the result. However, 45€ for multicolour refill is a lot (usually I pay 35€ for multicolour). I would go back for single colour refill but price value for multicolour is not too great as you can get better results in a nicer shop for 45€.
