★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place ever to go do your nail, I got there showed a picture of what i want and i was told ok i sat down and he started with my nails. Only when he was half way did he tell me that he can't make the nails and he ended up doing rubbish for me for 50euros. Just wasted 50euros for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breathtakingly terrible. During my appointment they stopped looking after me and took someone in off the street who did not have an appointment. After they looked after that person, they went on break. My 15 minute appointment took 45 mins with 30 of them just sitting and waiting to be attended to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would only recommend this place to anyone if I hated them. My fingernails are bleeding right now. I went in for shellac fingernails and chose a pale pink from the apparently highly inaccurate colour palette. Mid way through I realised she was using a hot pink, however trusted that maybe she was going over with a lighter coat later. Wrong. I left so devastated with hot pink fingernails that I never wanted. I went back and after five minutes of trying to explain what the problem was, the man in charge told me “well, this was the colour you chose!!”. I told them I wanted the colour removed and they kept asking why and couldn’t believe I didn’t like it. Finally he offered me to have the colour removed, and lUcKy FoR mE I “only” had to pay €5 to get the fingernails I never wanted removed. Wow. WhAt A tReAt. The lady that removed them went crazy with the electric file and now my cuticles are bleeding. Wish I could give zero stars but unfortunately that’s not an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever! I made an appointment at 3.30 and have waited for at least 30 min at the studio. When I finally sat down, the women did not communicate anything and gave me a quite high price of what I wanted. Moreover, the nail studio is very unhygenic and staff is very unfriendly and grumpy. Do not recommend it to anyone!
