H	Harald Flamann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war das Chalet eine absolute Katastrophe, angeblich 3 Tage vor Ankunft geputzt - die Spinnweben im Garten und vor dem Eingang ergaben ein anderes Bild. Das Chalet selber war in einem erbärmlichen Zustand - dreckig und heruntergekommen und keinesfalls so wie auf den Bildern angepriesen. Wir hätten schon an der Rezeption hellhörig werden sollen, als man uns mitteilte, dass Beschwerden direkt mit dem Vermittler besprochen werden sollen. Wir haben die Schlüssel sofort zurückgegeben und haben uns mit Chaletspecial sofort in Verbindung gesetzt. Die Dame wollte uns weder ein anderes Chalet geben noch jemanden zum Putzen schicken. Geld will sie auch nicht erstatten. Finger weg von diesem Anbieter, es gibt weitaus bessere Chaletvermieter, die einem auch schnell und unbürokratisch helfen. Der Ferienpark selber ist klasse, aber um diese Firma sollte man besser einen ganz großen Bogen machen. Unfortunately the chalet was an absolute disaster, allegedly cleaned 3 days before arrival - the cobwebs in the garden and in front of the entrance gave a different picture. The chalet itself was in miserable condition - dirty and shabby and by no means as advertised in the pictures. We should have been prudent at reception when we were told that complaints should be discussed directly with the agent. We returned the keys immediately and got in touch with Chaletspecial immediately. The lady didn't want to give us another chalet or send someone to clean it. She doesn't want to refund any money either. Stay away from this provider, there are far better chalet landlords who can help you quickly and unbureaucratically. The holiday park itself is great, but you should steer clear of this company.

Die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns Tipps zum Essen gehen gegeben. Wie wir angekommen sind war es sehr sauber. Den einzigen Kritikpunkt den ich habe, sind die doch sehr kleinen Parkplätze. The Charlett is very well maintained and the size fits perfectly. The owner is very accommodating and greeted us personally and gave us tips on where to eat. When we arrived it was very clean. The only point of criticism I have is the very small parking spaces.

Anstatt Check in 1500 kamen wir um 1330 an und sind zum surfen auf drn Campingplatz gegangen dies wurde damit geahndet das die Kaution einbehalten wurde. Also Vorsicht vor diesem Anbieter auf keinen Fall Kundenfreundlich. Ich kenne das aus anderen Urlaubsregionen ganz anders. Anscheinend hat man es hier nicht nötig zu den zahlenden Gästen freundlich zu sein. FINGER Weg vor Chaletspecial Chaletverhur. Very dirty, staff totally unfriendly and not accomodating. Instead of checking in 1500, we arrived at 1330 and went to surf the campsite. This was punished with the deposit being withheld. So be careful with this provider by no means customer-friendly. I know it very differently from other holiday regions. Apparently you don't need to be friendly to the paying guests here. FINGER way in front of Chaletspecial Chaletverhur.
A	Angelika Conrads on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren Anfang September im Chalet B15. Hier kann ich nur sagen: Einmal und NIE wieder. Die Möbel sind total abgewohnt und die Brotkrümel vom Vormieter fand man überall. Nach sofortiger Kontaktaufnahme mit Frau de Vries und Reklamation über den Zustand des Chalets bekam ich die unverschämte Antwort: Von ein paar Krümeln werden sie nicht krank. Überhaupt kein entgegenkommen! Also habe ich die Bude erst zwei Stunden geputzt und dann haben wir unsere Sachen an Ort und Stelle gebracht. Die Auflagen der Gartenmöbel sahen natürlich auch nicht besser aus. Vom mit angebotenen Grill ganz zu schweigen. Wir werden wieder an diesen Ort fahren, aber NIE WIEDER über Chaletspecial buchen!!! Stayed at Chalet B15 in early September. Here I can only say: once and NEVER again. The furniture is totally shabby and breadcrumbs from the previous tenant were everywhere. After immediately contacting Ms. de Vries and complaining about the condition of the chalet, I got the outrageous answer: You won't get sick from a few crumbs. No meeting at all! So I first cleaned the booth for two hours and then we brought our things to the spot. Of course, the cushions of the garden furniture didn't look any better. Not to mention the grill that is also offered. We will go to this place again, but NEVER book through Chaletspecial AGAIN !!!
Y	Yvonne Zaude on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG Abzocke!!! Wir haben am Tag nach der Anreise am 03.07.2021 kaputte Mückenschutzgitter in ALLEN(!!!) Schlafzimmern reklamiert. Es kam jemand, der dann zu uns sagte, da kann man leider nix machen. Am Ende wurde die Kaution einbehalten und uns unterstellt, wir hätten sie kaputt gemacht! Sehr, sehr ärgerlich. Auf meine letzte Email wurde dann nicht mehr reagiert. Wir buchen da leider nicht mehr!! Haus F330 war sonst soweit in Ordnung - für die Mückenplage (Sommer 2021) kann ja keiner wirklich was - war aber auch sehr störend. Sonst schöner Platz, schöner Strand ATTENTION rip off !!! On the day after arrival on July 3rd, 2021, we complained about broken mosquito screens in ALL (!!!) bedrooms. Someone came and said to us, unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about that. In the end, the deposit was withheld and we assumed we had broken it! Very, very annoying. There was then no response to my last email. Unfortunately we no longer book there !! House F330 was otherwise okay - no one can really do anything for the mosquito plague (summer 2021) - but it was also very annoying. Otherwise nice place, nice beach
