Daarnaast een drama qua communicatie over servicekosten en de rechtzaak rondom “communitykosten” waaruit is gekomen dat de organisatie deze moet terugbetalen aan diens huurders. Pand: prima, verhuurder: verschrikkelijk.
 In principle, fine basic studios with a basic kitchen and basic floor. You then pay a premium price for it. In addition, a drama in terms of communication about service costs and the lawsuit surrounding "community costs" from which the organization has to repay these to its tenants. Property: fine, landlord: terrible.

Nice small studios as 1st home. You have to go after many things yourself and it is sometimes difficult to get in touch with an employee.

Applied for an apartment and could proof new employment in 5 different ways, but because the first month is a trial period, they see it to be too risky to offer me a place to live.
Typical Dutch trust issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and borderline unethical. Overpriced small studio apartments and a owner that keeps finding (potentially fraudulent) ways to charge more and more. A prime example of exploiting the terrible housing market for profit.
The owners have already lost a lawsuit for their practices with a number of other lawsuits in progress.
Do not move in here! Avoid this company at all costs.
