Koordynator hotelu na pytania o naprawę szkód zapewniał, że za niedługo wszystko będzie naprawione, podczas gdy mieszkaniec hotelu mówił, że okno balkonowe "naprawiane jest" od pół roku. Podczas pobytu w tamtym miejscu odczuć można było dyskomfort i niepewność spowodowane brakiem bezpieczeństwa.
 The location is a plus. The overall appearance of the hotel gives a positive impression, but the rooms are not quite, for example mold on the ceiling, a balcony window balanced from hinges or a toilet door. When asked about the repair of the damage, the hotel coordinator assured that everything would be repaired soon, while the hotel resident said that the balcony window had been "repaired" for six months. During the stay in that place, one could feel discomfort and uncertainty caused by the lack of security.
