Zonder functionerende rits is dit product waardeloos. Cheap Outdoor vond echter dat een kapotte rits niet onder de garantie viel (wat dan wel ?). Nu is de rits voor €57 vervangen, bijna de helft van de oorspronkelijke prijs van deze bivaktent. Cheap is niet altijd een aanbeveling.
In early June 2020 I bought the Defcon 5 bivi tent for my son. The zipper broke after only four nights in the wild. Without a functioning zipper, this product is worthless. However, Cheap Outdoor found that a broken zipper was not covered by the warranty (so what?). Now the zipper has been replaced for €57, almost half the original price of this bivouac tent. Cheap is not always a recommendation.
