I went there at the end of the day to pick up my gazelle, the bike needed tuning before being city proof and there were only 10 mins to the closing time of the store. The workshop team however decided to finish a bit later and help me getting my bike ready as I live quite far from the shop. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody in any shop is very friendly before your purchase. But, what important is to get support when something goes wrong after your purchase. It was very disappointing to detect a manufacturing problem with my 2 weeks old Cannondale Synapse 105 Carbon.
First, Mantel's call center was very helpful to make a quick appointment at Mantel Utrecht. Second, Wolfgang at the service desk of Mantel Utrecht was super supportive. He confirmed the problem with his colleagues very quickly and explained all the options that we can consider to solve this issue (a quick fix to return of the bicycle). Finally, we agreed to order a new bicycle for a replacement.
So, I am glad that I made my purchase at Mantel. Thanks Wolfgang! Thanks Mantel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bright and very open with a large indoor test track. Tho, if you test a bike, be prepared for people to occasionally shoot out of the sides, but I guess that'd be a free break test. Prices seem okay and selection wasn't too bad either.
