★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! He called me and my sister "stupid americans" and was very argumentative because I wanted one more tasting ( the oreo ice cream was the worst I ever tasted) so I can decide what I wanted to buy! The attitude was so bad, we left. The reviews here are not good in the first place so do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE! There are so many good ice cream places around there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 scoop of ice cream and 10 ounces of milk isn't a €6.50 shake, it's a watery, flavorless GD insult.
The €3 red velvet cupcake was inedible. Poorly made, cheap cake, flavorless icing...I get it, you're here to fleece tourists and that's a time-honored Amsterdam tradition, but this is a step too far. We each had a sip and a bite... and gave the remaining food back to the employee.
Not even worth looking for a place to throw it away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a lot of delicious looking food. That’s why I stopped and chose to eat a waffle with brownie and vanilla ice cream.
I was disappointed when I realized, that the waffle wasn’t fresh, but heated in the microwave. This led to a not fluffy, more or less dead waffle. Nevertheless the combination with brownie and ice cream was very nice and the result looked good, why I would rate it 2,5 stars.
The prices are to high in my opinion but more or less the same compared to other shops in the touristic places.
