Definitely a 5 star shop, if you're in Amsterdam for a day or two and want some good ice cream, this is the way to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though we only were in Amsterdam for 24 hours, we visited Original Dutch Ice Cream two times! It's an adorable little shop with lots of sunlight. They had a nice variety of flavors (both savory and sweet). We loved the stroopwaffle flavor and the strawberry and mango. The whipped cream is fresh and definitely worth getting. You can eat on the bench out front, or take it and sit in the sun by a canal. No matter how long your stay, I would definitely make a visit to this lovely spot.
