★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie bakstenen brug tussen Kattenburg en Wittenburg, uit de jaren c. 1930 toen het nog verbonden was met het ronde badhuis daar ter plekke. Het is echt een brug in de architectuur van de Amsterdamse School stijl, over het water van de Kattenburgervaart. Vanaf de brug heb je een mooi uitzicht over de vaart.
 Beautiful brick bridge between Kattenburg and Wittenburg, from the c. 1930 when it was still connected to the round bathhouse there on the spot. It is really a bridge in the architecture of the Amsterdam School style, over the water of the Kattenburgervaart. From the bridge you have a beautiful view over the canal.

It is one of several bridges connecting the islands Kattenburg and Wittenburg, and one of five animal-themed bridges on a cycle route. The pedestrian bridge features white-painted wooden balustrades.
