★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite amazing food, the service is awful. I had a takeaway Falafel which was missing the salad side dish. Unfortunately i noticed that only at home so i went back to get the salad and there they confronted me by saying the salad was in the package and somehow accusing me in front of other customer that what i'm saying is not true. Extremely rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is small, cozy with dim lights and has like 4-5 seating available. Falafel lover & a vegan? Head over this place right away. You'll find everything from Falafel salad bowls to falafels in a Pita. The staff was cordial but not very friendly. Also they are well versed with Dutch and for English speakers it might be a bit difficult. Also it's 10-12 mins from the Haarlem station and right in the Grote Market. Nearest busy stop should be Tempeliersstraat or Ruychaverstraat.
