His 'taylor-made' treatments have already produced impressive results for a condition that has been allowed to worsen over many years. Within four treatments Steven loosened my shoulder and neck muscles and managed to stop the incredible clicking of my jaw. His skill in pin-pointing the best methods to tackle each individual case is matched by his genuinely caring and empathetic approach, and this makes for a really important feeling of trust and reassurance. I admit that I was terrified of manual therapy before – now, as a result of Steven's treatments, I can't speak highly enough of his work and would thoroughly recommend him.

What more? I am happy I haven't got to know more since I met Steven and he treated me. In few sessions he was able to relieve me from any unbearable pain and impossible to live with equilibrium's issue. Thank you Steven! At any time he took an action on me he explained the why and the how of it: this gave me confidence and trust on him. He is a real professional. Now I am training myself to keep the right posture (at work and at home) as this may cause again a substantive inconvenient. I came in with lower back pain and neck pain, and he was extremely gentle and explained what and why he was doing every maneuver. I came out of the session feeling so much better and I look forward to more treatments by him moving forward. I also really appreciate all the help Jack game me on preventative messures to ensure I don't injure myself again.

They all say it’s a place I must go. I had painful back and shoulder caused by given birth to my boy and daily heavy lifting (my son is getting heavier everyday ) Before I went to this practice I had trouble to fall asleep due to all the pain mentioned above . After 3 times treatment of Jack , everything went well and I can finally sleep like a normal person again . 6 times later the pain was all gone . Jack is very professional and fun person.
