Wollte mit Kilos sprechen, hatten am Telefon keine Zeit, Kunden, aufgelegt. Dann per WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen, mit der Bitte um Klärung, keine Reaktion. Dann SMS, mit der Bitte, sie sollen doch auf meine WhatsApp antworten!!! Bis heute keine Rückmeldung. Verdammt, Ich wollte doch nur Pflanzen bestellen. Aber vielleicht hat die Firma Kils ein schlechtes Gewissen
On May 12th, 2021 I had 3 balcony boxes planted with 5 hanging verbs each. Today, June 10th, 2021 we received 5 plants. Wanted to talk to Kilos, had no time on the phone, customers, hung up. Then contacted via WhatsApp with a request for clarification, no response. Then SMS with the request that you should reply to my WhatsApp! No feedback to date. Damn it, I just wanted to order plants. But maybe the Kils company has a guilty conscience
