β β β β β Toen ik met een tegoedbon bij hun aankwam zei die dame die Daar werkte dat de bon niet meer geldig is omdat tegoedbonnen 1 jaar geldig zouden zijn in Nederland .ik had 3 shorts,1 t Shirt , 1 jurk , 1 paar sandaaltjes op dat moment willen kopen . Ze belde met de eigenaresse Natasja om te vragen of de tegoed bon gebruikt kon worden het was eerst neen ,toen ik vroeg of dat toch kon omdat ik al behoorlijk wat willen kopen deden ze de helft vergoeden van de bon .Δ°k ben thuis gaan opzoeken hoelang tegoed bonnen geldig zijn . Tenzij er op de bon een link staat naar de verloopdatum ,zijn ze minstens 5 jaar geldig . . Ik belde Met de eigenaresse , ze heeft mij. De rest van het bedrag teruggestort . Ze gaan het aanpassen op de bonnen zei ze me .Δ°k vind het mooi opgelost . Δ°k ben tevreden .
En Ze hebben mooie kleding .
When I arrived with a voucher, the lady who worked there said that the voucher is no longer valid because vouchers would be valid for 1 year in the Netherlands. I wanted 3 shorts, 1 shirt, 1 dress, 1 pair of sandals at that time to buy . She called the owner Natasja to ask if the voucher could be used it was no at first, when I asked if that was possible because I already want to buy quite a bit, they refunded half of the voucher. I went home to look up how long vouchers are valid. Unless there is a link to the expiration date on the receipt, they are valid for at least 5 years. . I called the owner, she has me. The rest of the amount will be refunded. They are going to adjust it on the receipts, she told me. I think it is nicely resolved. I am satisfied .
And they have nice clothes.

β β β β β Found the dress I bought at Church of labels in 2 other shops (Netherlands and France) at β¬40 less. Quite a significant markup if you ask me! When I wanted to return the dress because of this, I was told that I could get a gif card but no refund. When I asked if we could find a solution for this, the person (older women) treated me like I was stupid. I know they have the right to refuse refunds, and it is stated on the invoice but they could have mentioned it when I purchased the item. In 2019 I do expect a friendlier return policy.. I honestly feel scammed. Nice shop for window shopping but will never purchase in this shop again.
