LVMH as always has magnificent products...go shopping and enjoy some bubbles during your visit. Great and very friendly staff?The last chap was at our beg and call throughout, very pleased!

Medium sized store on Pieter Cornelisz Street. Large selection on 3 levels. Staff was polite and helpful. There is a staff member monitoring the door who will direct a sales associate to you when he/she becomes available. While waiting, enjoy browsing at the fine quality products.

Do I have to wear expensive clothes so that the SA will serve me well? I told the SA I wanted to check out their Shawls. There is no enthusiasm, no selling skills, no information about the products, no alternatives to show, no motivation to sell! He even told me to go to Burberry! This is the reason I prefer to buy online but of course I want to try the shawls. Bad experience here in LV Amsterdam.

Very disappointing because I want to exchange the bag (cause of defects) to the store but they won't accepted it. They told me to call customer service and send back to the warehouse. Then, they will send the new one for me. I went to look up policy and it said "Items purchased online can be exchanged in a Louis Vuitton store" no reason to go to the store because it wasn't convenience. ?

Really bad service! This is the worst experience that I ever had in Louise Vuitton! I would give zero star if I can. Required a bag in store, but your staff just ignored and rude. Then I left angry and bought the same bag in LV Danmark store.

Reading all the bad reviews made me want to give my experience. I waited in line for approx 30 minutes on a hot day and the security guard handed out bottled water, which was nice. When I walked in I was immediately met by an SA and I explained I needed to have my wallet repaired. She quickly helped me and even though I didn't have my invoice, she made an exception to send it for a free repair. Maybe I was lucky, because she was very kind and personable.

Bad service! Bought online shoes from them; they broke at first use! They wanted to let me to come to Amsterdam for repair. Poor service for such brand and such amount of money! They can learn from Zara!
