★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pure scam. They charge € 70,- to fill in a form you can just fill in at the consulate as well. They are not working on your visa, only the form to apply for the visa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your money and time with their service. Communication is bad and the price is high. It is not a service oriented organisation, while it should be. Just go to the embassy and take care of it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely should have read these reviews before going here. No indication of price while you are making an order, many many many extra fees added during the process and credit charged automatically at the end. Was charged more than double what I thought I would be when I made the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves!!! The most terrible company I ever had to deal with . They put extra charges on me that I never asked for , eventually the price that I was informed about initially from 80€ went up to 330€. they don’t answer on my emails. besides all that put stickers on the passport with their logotype that is impossible to remove it simply damaged cover of my passport. This experience left such a poisoned feeling with me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have asked CIBT to help apply my Visum a couple of times. It is bit expensive but saves me a trip to The Hague.
This year I asked them again, but this time they said because I have Asian roots, I have to apply by myself at the embassy. I thought it was strange because before I didn't had this problem. So because they can't help me they said I have to cancel this and asked me for the cancellation fee. Maybe just me but they didn't help me at all and I have to make a trip to The hague myself and pay the regular cost and the extra cancellation fee off them...?
I went to another agency and just got my visum. So I am really curios whats the problem they had and why can't they help me. In the mean time they still dare to ask for the cancellation fee.
If you want to gamble for this extra cancellation cost above they regular cost and trip to Embassy feel free but I will not recommend that.
I suggest to see if there are any other possibilties or go to embassy urself because at CIBT u will not know if they can help u and if they can't help u they will still charge u cost!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They often make the service more complicated than it should be. One time I've tried to process visa of UAE for one of colleague that need to travel urgently to Dubai. They told me totally different information as UAE told me, and they cancelled the application just like that! I tried other agency - result: no complicated process as CIBT and it's done within 3 working days!
