★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a falafel roll. The guy on today couldn't care less and gave me some weird cold salad roll with a weird red paste with no falafels even when I queried if the falafels were hot or not.

First of all, user of UberEats pays 2,50 per order (for a bicycle service), second of all, do not trick people with your presence on UberEats, then be too cocky to deliver for a 1 person household, third of all, mention this prior to the deal.
Who/what to blame...
Sorry for offering my money to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A young turkish lady serving there. I love everything there. Whenever I came, her service towards me are very inconvenient. An attitude which says that she did not like me. I spoke turkish and english and I'm from Singapore
I came there 3 times same bad service only to me. I stop buying Or ordering just because of her. Very rude. Customer is everything. no matter how tired you are. keep being kind,smile and speak kindly even though you hate the customer. I'm into Food industries for 20 years. She chase customers away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from them via thuisbezorgd. There was a SPLINTER (!) in my food that almost cut my mouth!!!
I complianed to thuizbezorgd and they told me the restaurant refuses to refund my order.
Never heard or experienced such a thing.
If you care about hygiene and safety, stay away from this place at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave 2 stars because I was given only 2 small falafels in the wrap which had also come out of the microwave. I have no clue why a food venue would be using a microwave in this day and age, why were the falafels not cooked fresh?! Also only 2, I think 3 minimum is needed in a falafel wrap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This small place near Mercatorplein has so good vegetarian food. The meniu is not big, but the food is super tasty with good prices. I ordered a takeaway falafel menu, fresh, tasty and also the staff was very friendly asked me to wait few minutes to have fresh made falafel. I highly recommend it if you like Turkish vegetarian food.
