M	Michael Chrichton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na al deze negatieve reviews wil ik toch even wat nuancering aanbrengen. Er wordt in de eerste plaats vrij duidelijk aangegeven waar je je spullen kwijt kan. En als je per ongeluk verkeerd zit dan wordt dit aangegeven door het aanwezige personeel. Ik snap niet helemaal waarom mensen lopen te klagen over vriendelijkheid. Het personeel gaat ervan uit dat alles duidelijk genoeg is. En je hebt ze niet echt nodig. Ik heb toevallig 1 keer ervaren dat het eventjes duurde voordat de boom om uitrijden open ging. Misschien dat dit ook geautomatiseerd kan worden zoals bij de ingang. Ik zou ook wel willen dat deze afvalcentrum op zaterdag wat langer open blijft. Ik werk door de week en dat is dan de enige dag dat ik er terecht kan. In het algemeen valt het reuze mee. After all these negative reviews I want to add some nuance. Zeg dan gewoon meteen dat ik naar mijn geld kan fluiten. Klantvriendelijkheid? Nee, dat ligt op de stort. Met elk gesprek werd iedere keer weer duidelijk dat ze helemaal geen grofvuil ophaalservice willen leveren. Ze willen gewoon dat je het zelf komt brengen. Daarnaast is het ook nog eens duur. 2. Diverse malen geweest voor (dan maar) zelf wegbrengen grof vuil etc. Aldaar meestal ook ongemanierd, inflexibel, onbehulpzaam en snauwend “geholpen”. 3. Nu bij de laatste keer kom ik een ruim kwartier voor sluiting aanrijden(ze zijn officieel open tot vier uur) en word ik op een buitengewoon onvriendelijke manier duidelijk gemaakt dat ik er niet meer in mag omdat het toch duidelijk mocht zijn dat ze niet van plan waren om “over te werken”. Het is duidelijk dat een monopoliepositie in dit soort gevallen niet veel goeds oplevert voor de “klant”. 1. De man heeft best gelijk , maar de manier waarop hij het brengt is niet taktvol. Krijg je een gebakje op een schoteltje of op de bads . Het is allebij hetzelfde aeen de mannier waarop .
