Great fitness center where personal supervision is of paramount importance. John and Bianca assist you with advice and assistance. Many a gym can learn from it.

Iets kleinschaliger waardoor het veel prettiger is om te sporten. Begeleiding van John is absolute top, wat wil je met iemand die decennia aan ervaring heeft. Hij weet werkelijk àlles op het gebied van fitness en spieren. Bianca kan je alles vertellen over voeding. Cliff is een topfysiotherapeut. De sfeer is geweldig, al het personeel is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Ook de mensen die er sporten, van jong tot oud, maken het aangenaam.
Great gym, facilities are fine. Offer also includes yoga and tai chi.
Slightly smaller, making it much more pleasant to exercise. Guidance from John is absolute top, what do you want with someone who has decades of experience. He really knows everything about fitness and muscles. Bianca can tell you everything about nutrition. Cliff is a top physiotherapist. The atmosphere is great, all the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The people who exercise there, from young to old, also make it pleasant.
