3 to 4 days of wait between emails and won't bother reading them since they will just send you an automated response.
Hotline is a mess also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a nice vibe in this gym. The staff is really kind and the gym has been catered for corona by spacing out who can go where and providing disinfectant bottles for everyone. It's relatively inexpensive per month and they have "specials" for yearly subscriptions, although I'm not sure if this is temporary. I would definitely recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subscribed only for 4 weeks. They told me it would automatically cancel, and surprise surprise, I had to discover it for myself that it wasn't so! Ended up paying one month extra! The worst part is the customer service, they are extremely rude and clearly don't give importance to you as a customer. If you want to subscribe to this gym think twice. The comment section says the same...
