★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel slecht, ik stuurde mijn toestellen op om de vorm van de schaaltjes te vervangen van mijn in-het-oor toestellen want ze vielen steeds uit mijn oren. Hadden ze de hele binnenkant ook vervangen (dus de apparaten zelf!) zonder ernaar te vragen. Ze hebben er niet eens excuses voor aangeboden, ik heb heel het bedrag moeten betalen dat 10 keer zoveel is uitgevallen anders gaven ze mijn apparaten niet terug. Na heel vaak terugkomen pasten de schaaltjes nog steeds niet goed (merk Phonak). Er werkt er een blonde vrouw die er alleen voor zorgt dat haar haar goed zit voor haar baas, het interesseert haar niet dat haar klanten een handicap hebben of een student zijn en hard gewerkt hebben voor hun geld. Kortom: een stel bedriegers.
Very bad, I sent my devices to replace the shape of the dishes of my in-the-ear devices because they always fell out of my ears. They had also replaced the entire interior (so the devices themselves!) Without asking. They didn't even apologize for it, I had to pay the entire amount that went down 10 times as much otherwise they wouldn't return my devices. After returning many times, the dishes still did not fit properly (Phonak brand). There is a blonde woman who only makes sure that her hair is good for her boss, she does not care that her customers have a disability or are a student and have worked hard for their money. In short: a bunch of cheaters.
