★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for a random guy passing by asking for something to eat and a koffie. Gave him the ticket and left. I could only hope he enjoyed his meal.
The order process was easy from the touchscreen menu. Disappointing that there wasn't anyone behind the cashier's point and only possible to payby pin at the screen. The guy only had physical money.

Everyone was getting his order missing, fries or the meal itself, for me i received happy meal without the burger+ fries , and got just hot water without the tea bag,
I noticed this happened with other customers as well, and when i told them about missing things, they were rude,
This branch also looks not Clean,
No one speaks English

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, there was a friendly homeless person outside and I took him inside to have dinner. The person at the door let us in. We placed our order and sat down. Then another employee came and told the homeless person he had to leave, presumably because his covid passport was not valid.
I told him that I wanted my money back in that case and he said to me that only the beggar had to leave and that I could stay and that he was already making my order. My reply was that I was together with my friend and that if he was not allowed to eat in, I was not going to stay either.
The employee left and talked to the manager. Then he shouted at at us from a distance that we could get a refund. The manager did not say a single word while counting out my money. No sorry, no explanation, no nothing. He did not even look at us. He gave me my cash in silence and we left. My friend was politer than I was, he smiled and waved, but the manager just walked away and ignored him.
Today that beggar has a job interview and we wanted to celebrate that yesterday, because he is hopefully getting his life back together. Thanks, Mr Manager. I hope this act makes you feel proud of yourself and fills your heart with warmth and joy.
