My appointment at 10 o'clock was canceled at 9.37 .. 20 minutes in advance .. This is certainly not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meerdere keren een afspraak gemaakt bij City Wax en meerdere keren voor een gesloten deur gestaan, eigenaresse biedt excuses aan en een week later gebeurt het weer. Ik ben er een aantal keer geweest, tevreden met het resultaat, maar de manier waarop ze met klanten om gaat is ronduit schandalig. Ik kan er niet meer op vertrouwen dat een afspraak ook echt door zal gaan dus ik ben over gestapt naar een andere salon, ik ben er helemaal klaar mee!
Made an appointment with City Wax several times and stood in front of a closed door several times, owner apologizes and a week later it happens again. I've been there a number of times, satisfied with the result, but the way she deals with customers is nothing short of outrageous. I can no longer trust that an appointment will actually go through so I switched to another salon, I am completely done with it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place. Wax was quick and not as painful as other places. They use hard wax instead of strips which is soooo much better if you're getting a bikini line/ Brazilian done. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place looks clean and tidy, they have a nice atmosphere going on. Would prefer more flexible opening hours but will still come here regularly from now on.
