Very friendly staff, treatments are not pleasant but it is done quickly. I am very happy with Delete, can recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately not good experience with waxing booking there, even if waxing was OK there is other aspects completely forgotten: customer service. I booked for 2 treatments with Joëlle but when there, she certified she had only one in the system. I clearly at 2 appointments made after each other (confirmed by email with 2 timings). The service level doesn't feel professional, makes the customer not feeling confortable and no apologies on their side for unclarity on their booking mistake or even trying to take new appointment. Will not go there again or recommend that place for waxing.
