★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing aparthotel, very clean and beautiful place. We enjoyed very much staying here. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was incredible!! Totally recommendable, will be back for sure!

kitchen was clean and fully equipped, living room was spacious and comfortable.
moreover, the ladies in the reception were super helpful and friendly.
the hotel offers bicycle rental at fair prices (well maintained bikes), which is convenient in Amsterdam. would definetly return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY - complete lack of flexibility in COVID.
Our event was cancelled and Netherlands travel restrictions meant we could not travel to Amsterdam without mandatory 5-10 day quarantine. This was known for several weeks before the booking and the hotel informed immediately. Despite being regular customers of the hotel over the years they have been totally unwilling to be at all flexible on a non-flexible booking. We booked travel for February 2022 back in August 2021 paying in full at the time. We have been in discussion since December 2021 when the issue was highlighted and pleaded with the hotel to change the dates of the booking even offering to pay a penalty. They have been completely unaccomodating.
We have spent 1000's of Euros at this hotel as a group over the years and are thoroughly let down by the experience. There is just no concept of looking after loyal repeat customers here. They have taken the full booking of over €1500. Whilst we appreciate it's a difficult time for the hotel industry they have lost a lot more money in future business from a group of over fifty travellers visiting Amsterdam. We have been more than reasonable with our offers of paying penalties and flexibility but they've only been interested in full payment for an empty property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and 6 friends had the most pleasant stay here for our friends birthday! Staff were very accommodating and friendly and the room was very comfortable to sleep and relax in. Close to the city by bike, tram or bus. Would definitely recommend staying here and would certainly stay again whenever I'm next in Amsterdam!

The apartment was very well equipped and honestly had the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.
There is easy transport into Amsterdam by tram and bus only a few mins walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to stay if you want to have all the comforts of your home. Rooms and kitchen are fully equipped, you can cook and make your dinner.
Still if you are lazy, try the burger or steak at Lucia's restaurant next to the reception. Staff was really helpful and kind, city center is easy to reach within 20 minutes by public transport. Definitely I will come back next time I visit Amsterdam ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ felt like home away from home. the staff are absolutely lovely and helpful and really accomodating. the rooms are spacious and really modern and clean. it's in a great location, close to central Amsterdam, the airport, etc. has really easy tram and bus links to other areas and has a lot of amenities within walking distance too. thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will 100% stay again, highly highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are big and comfortable. And the kitchen is a plus!
As I was traveling for work it was the perfect place to be. Not having to go out for every meal and having a sofa to relax at end of the day.
Staff is super friendly and helpful and the location is just outside the city centre, but close enough. Also there is a very nice yoga studio just 2 mins walking.
It was like home away from home.
