β β β β β Na veel moeite en bureaucratie maanden geleden een contract afgesloten voor de was van mijn moeder in een verzorgingshuis. Nu mij moeder overleden is krijg ik via de telefoon te horen dat ik maar een mail moet schrijven om het contract te beΓ«indigen..... mail geschreven.... géén response. Probeer hen te bellen op locatie waar de was werd gedaan...krijg te horen dat ik het hoofdkantoor moet bellen. Ik bel het hoofdkantoor.... na tijden wachten krijg ik te horen dat ze de mail niet kunnen vinden.... mailadres gecheckt was wel goed, maar ze zeggen pas een nieuwe systeem te hebben..... nogmaals telefonisch contract opgezegd ..... kon nu blijkbaar ineens wel via de telefoon...
Wat een bar slechte service :-(
After a lot of effort and bureaucracy, I signed a contract months ago for my mother's laundry in a care home. Now that my mother has passed away, I am told by telephone that I should write an email to terminate the contract..... Mail written.... no response. Try to call them at the laundry location...I'm told to call head office. I call the head office .... after waiting for a while I am told that they can not find the mail .... checked the email address was good, but they say they have a new system ... canceled again by telephone ..... apparently was now suddenly possible via the phone...
What a terrible service :-(
